Charterhouse, the organisers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards have replaced Osibisa’s ‘Warrior Song’ with a new one as part of their 20th anniversary.
The new song, ‘Our Music Lives’ featured Joe Mettle, Adina, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Amandzeba and Teephlow with Kaywa as producer.
However, TeePhlow told Sammy Flex on the ‘Showbiz Agenda’ show that the was not paid for the feature on the song.
According to him, this is not just the only feature he has done for free.
He stressed that anytime he gets any song he feels is a great one, he has no problem jumping on it for free and as such, he decided to rap on this theme song for the VGMA without taking any money because it is one that blew his mind when he was first informed about the idea.
