Obrafour has shared some fondest memories of his early days as a musician.
Recounting 20 years of his music career, he told Jessica Opare Saforo and Osei Kwame on Citi FM’s Traffic Avenue that his first rap verse ever was about condoms.
He said he started music at a time when the HIV/AIDS pandemic was at it highest level in the country wanted to do a song to advise people to protect themselves against the virus.
He said he has always been sensitive to social themes and that has been evident in songs like Kwame Nkrumah, Ntitiepa, Maame, among others.
Obrafour is celebrating 20 years of his music journey and lined up some activities to mark it.
