This year’s which came off on Saturday, June 8 at the Accra International Conference Centre will go down in the history of Ghana’s entertainment as one that saw two showbiz couples on top of their games.
Patapaa came on stage with magnificent stagecraft and interacted so well with his audience. He may not be counted among the best singers or rappers in Ghana but he really proved he is an entertainer. And oh – he was on stage with his German girlfriend who visited Ghana to support him at the event.
Another high point on the night was Medikal’s performance. Of course, Medikal has for the past year proven his mettle in the showbiz world with both good music and controversy.
He was also on stage with his girlfriend Fella Makafui!
These two ‘couples’ have been at the centre of entertainment discussions after the concert. Obviously, their spectacular performances were appreciated by patrons.
There were other performances from Wande Coal, Teni, Victor AD, Fameye, Bless, R2Bees, Kwaw Kese, Krymi, among others.
