Ghanaian female musician Wendy Shay has not been sacked as an ambassador for the Youth Employment Agency.
The Youth Employment Agency, Ghana has rubbished reports that suggest Rufftown Records Label signed artist Wendy Shay has been kicked out as an ambassador.
On Monday, July 8, 2019, reports surfaced that the musician had been sacked due to an ‘indecent’ outfit she wore to meet the former President of the Republic of Ghana, John Agyekum Kufuor.
The said picture and the caption by the artist on Instagram generated a lot of talks which was vehemently condemned by many including the Board Chairman of the National Youth Employment Agency, Sammy Awuku.
In a short post, the Youth Employment Agency, Ghana wrote;
“Wendy Shay has not been sacked as an ambassador of YEA”
