Nigerian singer, Simi, might be surprising a fan at her wedding which is set to happen on August 31.
In what looked like a social media joke, a fan tweeted a short letter at Simi about how his wife-to-be admires her and that he would’ve booked her to perform at the wedding if he could afford her.
“Dear @SympLySimi my wife loves your music and she would always talk about how beautiful it would be if you could make it to our wedding, but I know I can’t afford you. Or maybe we could do it the twitter way, I’m willing to do anything you ask”, he tweeted.
Surprisingly, Simi asked of the date of the wedding and when the fan replied, she requested he gets into her DM to take it from there.
Nigerian musician, Simi is currently promoting the video of ‘By You’ one of the songs on her 13 track album, Charlie Champagne which was released in April, 2019. ‘By You’ features her husband, Adenkule Gold.
