Musician and dancer, Fancy Gadam has said in an interview on Zylofon FM that controversies are for weak artistes.

Some time ago, Maccasio claimed any time he mentions Fancy Gadam’s name, he makes him popular.

Addressing the issue, he told Sammy Flex on Showbiz Agenda that his hard work and fans contributed to his popularity.

“You should know that the person dey lie. The person just wants attention. My works made me popular and my fans made me popular so, it’s not true,”

“I am a hardworking artiste, I don’t give my attention to a controversy to trend. I am doing my work. It’s the work that makes me who I am so I don’t really give attention to anybody who talks about me. Maybe the person needs attention. He wants to mention Fancy Gadam so that he gets the chance to trend,” he said.

Has said only weak artistes dwell on controversies to push their craft.

“I don’t believe in controversy. It is only weak artistes that concentrate on controversies. Because you want to get attention.Cheap attention, cheap popularity. Me I don’t believe in that. I believe in work,”.

“If I do the good work and my management push it for me, the media push it for me, I’m good to go,” he concluded.

The set date for the launch of his ‘Dream’ album is 5th October 2019 this year in the Northern region of Ghana.
