Two Ghanaian comedians, OB Amponsah and Jacinta Ocansey have been for this year’s edition of the biggest festivals in Nigeria, ‘Lords of the Ribs.’
Scheduled for September 28 and September 29, 2019, at the Eko Hotel, the event is organized by Nigerian comedian giant, Basketmouth
The two comedians are among the new crop of comedians seeking to change the narrative of stand-up comedy in Ghana.
They have mounted a lot of high profile entertainment programmes in the showbiz space.
A few weeks ago, two other Ghanaian comedians, Khemikal and Waris also performed at another comedy event in Nigeria called ‘Funny Bone Untamed 4.’
Other comedians to perform at the ‘Lords of the Ribs’ are Tony Roberts, Kojo Anim, Igosave, Buchi, Senator, Basketmouth, among others.
