Ghanaian artiste Guru has said Ghanaian artistes look up to him.
According to him, he feels his ‘vibe’ in most artistes coming after him.
“Listening to the skills, arrangement and everything of the rap they do now, I feel my bars in almost every new artiste coming up now because what we did on Kasahari and all I’ve done so far; delivery and everything I mostly hear my vibes (in their songs),” he told Abeiku Santana on the ‘Atuu’ show.
“Even the beat they’re riding on now with the afro kind of beat, I brought that trend,” he added.
The rapper who hasn’t been seen to be the catch in this era claimed he is the master and teacher of music, rap and everything that has to do with music.
“I’m guru the teacher, the master of music in Ghana and Africa and the world,” he said.
