Actress and TV personality, Efia Odo, has set up a wine shop at Afrikiko near the Jubilee House.
True to media reports, Efia Odo’s shop, which is named South Africa wines, was officially opened on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
Among the patrons at the official opening was South Africa’s High Commissioner to Ghana Her Excellency Madam Lulu Xingwana.
Also present were Ghanaian stars including Shatta Wale, King Promise, and Sandra Ankobiah.
As it is usual with Shatta Wale, he literally stole the show with his appearance and got many laughing at the event.
Madam Xingwana was to cut the tape for the opening and she called Shatta Wale to join her. While standing with the South African High Commissioner, a lady brought a glass partly filled with wine to Shatta.
Interestingly, the wine glass was unusually big that it got those around shouting and laughing in excitement. When someone quipped that others had smaller glasses, Shatta Wale shouted “this is my size” and started sipping from the big glass.
