Pulse Ghana chanced on this new video days after Ghana Jesus became a hot topic online as some Ghanaians argue over his comic acts, which one Ghanaian man of God based in London, Pastor Brian, termed as nonsense and mockery of God.
The popular Ghana Jesus character is played by Kumawood actor Mmebusem who shot to fame with his viral skits portraying Jesus in the very local way. In a new video sighted by pulse.com.gh, a similar style of portraying Jesus locally has surfaced in Nigeria.
A skit dropped by popular Nigerian comedian, Brodda Shaggi, features a white man characterized as Jesus too but speaks with a Nigerian accent. The skit has since attracted thousands of comments from viewers and none to our notice has anyone condemning it as blasphemy.
