American rapper, Cardi B has apologized to Afia Schwarzenegger and other Ghanaian female stars who went to meet and greet her while she was in Ghana for her show.

The supposed meet and greet had to drag from noon to 8:30 pm because of miscommunication from the team. She was not aware of a meet and greet so after her partying in Nigeria, she was relaxing at the pool of Kempinski and chewing kebab.

The celebrities who waited for long took offence and described the issue as that of disrespect.

Most of them jumped on Instagram to take a swipe at Cardi B for wasting their time and acting bossy.

Afia Schwarzenegger who was obviously hurt took to Instagram to call her other colleagues who agreed to stay and wait till the given time, 8:30, ‘cheap celebrities’.

In response to her post, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ singer apologized and said they are not cheap and that hopefully, things will turn out different the next time they get to meet.

She also described Ghana as a lovely country.

It is her first time in Africa and she seem to have enjoyed her little visit. While performing on stage at Accra Sports stadium last night, she mentioned how excited she is to be in the country. She added that looking around, she told herself Ghana has money.
