Rosemond Alade Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has confirmed she was not invited to the Cardi B ‘meet and greet’ by Becca.
Speaking on Hitz FM yesterday, Becca mentioned that she only invited about six to seven industry people especially musicians who are really close to her and that she was taken by surprise when she found most of the celebrities who showed up at Kempiski.
She noted that she did not extend an invite to Akuapem Poloo when the call came for her to meet the American rapper and decided to involve a few of her friends.
Addressing the issue, Poloo took to Instagram to confirm she was actually invited but not by Becca.
She added that she arrived way too early even before the Becca invited crew came in.
“Yes Becca did not invite me it was @btl_africa who invited me I even got there first around 11:46 am if I was not invited how then did I got to know about the meet and greet? because it was a private one. @beccafrica please just relax okay I remember when you told me Lean on me kid sister and everything that happened that night you made it possible for me. And one more thing I don’t go to places where I’m not being invited. PLEASE WHO IS BEHIND THE @btl_africa if I may ask🖐 #This is my time” she posted
