Ghana’s Year of Return agenda continues to be on course as many European and especially African-American celebrities, and global icons who trace their roots to Africa or affiliate themselves to Africa troop to the country.
The list of notable persons who have visited Ghana to mark the Year of Return is countless.
It was only last week that American rapper and songwriter, Cardi B was in Ghana for a show. Rapper T.I and his wife were were also in the country that same week.
And guess what? Another big America rapper, Nicki Minaj is the latest to declare her intentions to visit Ghana.
She made this known in an interview on Kiss Radio that she really fancy going to Ghana. After trying to mimic the African accent, Minaj revealed that:
“I can’t wait to go to Ghana actually. You know haven’t gone anywhere out there.” She then asks one of the show hosts for Ghana’s location.
