Salma Mumin has refuted claims that she is sexually involved with Kofi Asamoah of Kofas Media.
According to her, Kofi is someone she looks up to and that the relationship they have is that of a brother and sister.
The actress also explained that she has had to ignore the rumours for quite some time now because she did not feel it was necessary to clear the air and that the rumour will blow off with time until she recently heard his workers who should have known better, discussing the rumour.
When Emelia Brobbey asked her about the rumour that the two are involved, Salma said: “We have never dated. Until three days ago I didn’t think it’s something people believe that much so I’ve not even tried to clear the air during interviews because I know they’re just rumours.”
“But recently while with some of his workers, they seriously discussed it”
Aside from being in the same industry space, she explained they areclose to the point where she could seek his expert advice on issues.
“It’s not true. They were just mere rumours. Kofi and I are just like brothers and sisters. He’s in the industry and I could call him when I need guidance. He advises me. I think people are saying this because we’re close”
“But honestly there’s nothing to it” she reiterated.
