Ghanaian artiste, Sister Derby, has out of experience shared a piece of advice to people who intend to date celebrities.
In an interview on Class Drive, the ‘Kakalika Love’singer who has been in the limelight for long and also dated rapper, Medikal for almost two years and had to break up on the grounds of cheating allegations said one needed self confidence to be able to date a celebrity.
“If you’re not confident in yourself or you don’t have your own thing going, you’ll find it tough [dating a celebrity]. You have to be confident in yourself, you have to know who you are, you have to have something going.
“I don’t like saying financially, but it’s also part, but it’s deeper than financially like as a person you need to have a strong character, you need to be confident.
“You just need to be confident in yourself and you need to like attention” she told Prince Benjamin
Sister Derby, by real name, Deborah Owusu-Bonsu is a musician and model known for songs including, ‘Uncle Obama’, ‘Kakalika Love’, ‘Ghana Jollof’, ‘Libilibi’ among others.
