Ghanaian artiste Mzvee who has had to put her education on hold because her music career demanded much of her time has disclosed she tried finishing from where she left but it just didn’t work.
According to ‘Borkor Borkor’ singer, music was not the only important thing in her life she had to give up on in recent times.
Speaking on Citi TV’s Breakfast Daily with Dziffa, she said she tried going back to school early 2019 but her condition would not allow it.
“I started school at the beginning of last year. You know I was in my third year. I had to defer because music was making me travel a lot. It was a lot of work.
“so, I wanted to finish so I started again. I mean I was trying to continue early part of last year but I gave up on that as well so I ended the music, ended school. I didn’t know what I was doing,” she noted.
Touching on why she unfollowed people on social media, she said she had no idea what she was doing and that she was just doing anything hoping to help better her situation.
“I just had to take out something somehow. I just did whatever” she explained.
Mzvee was a student in Ghana Technology University, studying Business administration and had to put it on hold in level 300 because of her music career.
Although it seems the break has been long, she does not want to be categorised as a dropout.
