A new entertainment show called ‘ShowbizLive’ will premiere on Live 91.9FM on Sunday, February 2, 2020.
The show airs every Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm.
ShowbizLive will be hosted by Caleb Nii Boye, a producer at the Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) and an actor.
Caleb brings a wealth of experience from producing shows hosted by top broadcaters like Jon Germain, Nii Ayi Tagoe, George Quaye and Bola Ray.
He has been a sit-in host for the Morning Zoo on Starr FM and the Pundits on GhOne TV.
He also hosted ‘The Weekend Train Show’ on Radio GIJ for which earned him the Best Male Radio Presenter in 2017 at the Ghana Tertiary Awards.
ShowBizLive focuses on the entertainment industry very distinctly from other shows on air.
Amongst its unique offerings is the ‘Triple Threat!’ which brings the spotlight to a music artiste, putting three of the artiste’s songs to the test in the arena of a public vote on social media.
Caleb will interview some of the industry’s most influential personalities, engaging them in the most exciting and probing interviews.
In-studio panelists will also discuss topical issues in the entertainment industry.
Caleb Nii Boye has made appearances in movies like V-Republic, Shampaign, Grey Dawn and Before Noon.
