Raphael Camidoh Attachie, simply known in showbiz as Camidoh, has officially signed a legal managerial agreement with one of Africa’s leading talents management and artiste & repertoire firm, GB Recz.
The official 2-year deal has it that, GB Recz will market recorded music and corresponding videos of Camidoh, a Ghanaian Afropop/RnB singer, record producer and a songwriter signed on to Grind Don’t Stop Label
The firm will engage in a wide range of functions in the music industry, including the artiste’s development (known as A&R, which stands for artiste and repertoire), music publishing, and copyright enforcement for sound recordings and music videos.
GB Recz which is in the business of creating and selling recordings will work directly with Camidoh and other record producers to coordinate the writing and production of the recordings, and then coordinate the manufacturing, distribution, marketing, promotion of the recording to ensure it sells around the world.
This announcement was made by the Chief Executive Officer of the firm, and Entertainment Critic, Mr. George Mensah Britton via the official page Instagram account of the record label. He disclosed that the main brain behind the signage is to elevate the Camidoh brand to the world market by managing both his music and lifestyle.
He explained that Camidoh’s attitude towards work, his passion, dedication & drive for music, his personality, readiness to learn and his control over the English language were some of the key pointers factored into consideration before initiating the contract signage with him.
According to George Britton, he personally admires him for his hunger for music.
As far as GB Recordz is concerned, within the two years span, fans, music lovers, critiques, entertainment pundits and well-wishers should expect Camidoh’s songs and brand image to travel beyond the length of the sea. They’re ready to take over Ghana, Africa and the entire world at large with good music.
