Kenyan afro-pop band, Sauti Sol, have been signed onto Universal Music record label.
The group made the announcement on their Twitter handle.
“It’s official! Our first major label deal, UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP. Thank you guys for being patient. We really hope y’all are ready for the new album 🔥 #MidnightTrain,” they tweeted.
Sauti Sol has hit songs such as ‘Kuliko Jana’, ‘Sol Generation’, ‘Sura Yako’, among others.
