Information gathered on the autopsy request form issued by the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital indicates that the highlife artiste had a history of hypertension.
Kofi died on Sunday, February 2, 2020 around 3am after performing at a concert in the Central region.
According to his colleague musician and friend, Kofi Nti, he started complaining of chest pains and unusual heartbeat right after his performance.
He was rushed to Abeadze Dominase Health Centre where he passed away and was later taken to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital for autopsy.
