I am not a womanizer – Kwabena Kwabena

Kwabena Kwabena has refuted claims that he is a womanizer.

According to the ‘Adult Music’ singer, there is no truth in the claims.

He said that the fact that women are attracted to his personality and music does not make him a womanizer.

He said this when he made an appearance on Hitz FM.

He responded to an article made by Entertainment person, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo who said Kwabena Kwabena is more talented than Burna Boy but the only thing standing in his way is womanizing.

“Kwabena Kwabena is more talented than Burna Boy, no joke! Ebi women matter p3 dey worry am but sonically, challenger no dey. Agree or hug something” the showbiz critique wrote on Facebook.

Speaking to the matter, Kwabena Kwabena said, “It takes a group of people to actually give their support to an act or something they believe is a gift or something they believe is a blessing.

“For me what I disagree [with] is I’ve been tagged with women. I don’t know how”.

“I’m not a womanizer. Women are attracted to what I do. That is a fact. Women are attracted to my personality. That is a fact but I am not a womanizer so I don’t see how that affects me as a person.”

He, however, questioned how supportive enough Arnold Baidoo and other entertainment critics have been to him over the years.

He explained that is is not the first time Arnold has made such comment about him.

“Mr Arnold Asamoah Baidoo in his own single capacity, what has he done to project Kwabena Kwabena?

“Over the years it’s been 15 years I’ve listened to them on so many platforms when my issues are up so it’ll be unfortunate for you to mix someone’s talent with his personal life. And guess what? All these personal lives are accounts given to people I’ve been in relationship with and the other party actually comes out”

He said he is not given the luxury of defending himself anytime a damning news about him goes up adding that “won’t you wait for the other party before you pass judgment or before you start to cast insinuation, open phone lines? I listen to the radio they open phone lines people say what they want to say even before they’ll get to know the truth so, that’s what happens in Ghana. Before your songs come out, you’ve been badmouthed.”

The ‘Tokro’ singer has been tagged with womanizing for so long with issues of sleeping with people’s wives and dating more than one woman at a time.  Arnold’s comment is just one of the many.

Recently, he got divorced for the second time.
