For those who have been following activities of Yaw Berk, you may have been informed that he is now signed onto a new record label called Inner Heights Entertainment.
This came after his rift with his former boss, Kaywa, who is the CEO of Highly Spiritual Music.
Last year, Yaw Berk complained about how uncomfortable he was while with the record label.
He recounted that he was made to sleep in the studio and was also starved.
According to Yaw Berk he left the label because he felt his talent was wasting away. He thought he had more to offer than Kyawa made him do.
However, in an interview with Ghana Weekend TV, Yaw Berk said he feels happy with Inner Heights Entertainment because they provide him with what he needs and have also helped him produce an EP.
“I was on a record label for about two years and I released only one song. No artiste wants that but when I came to this new record label I have an EP out; seven records, two videos out so I’d say it is better,” he said.
“Right now I eat what I want, wear what I want. I am not under any restriction,” he added.
