Lord Kenya has refuted claims that he declined to see Ofori Amponsah while they were out of the country some time ago.
The once upon a time highlife artiste who is now an evangelist said he was in Holland at the time with his spiritual father, Bishop Oye Bernard and that if he could easily meet him if he wanted to.
In an interview on Pure FM with Hammer, the host narrated to him how Ofori Amponsah told him he left Germany to Amsterdam to meet with Lord Kenya but he didn’t want to see him.
When Hammer asked him if the incident ever occurred, he replied, wondering where Ofori Amponsah was at that time “No. It never happened. It’s not true.”
He further stated that he did not know if Ofori Amponsah was in Amsterdam at the said time.
The two born again superstars have a song together titled ‘Born Again’ which was a hit.
