Deborah Vanessa and Medikal’s relationship is one that has been in the public for quite some time especially after it ended and Fella Makafui took her place.
Per rumours, Medikal left Deborah because she did not know how to cook. Others said it was because of her age.
In a recent interview on Zylofon FM with Sammy Flex, Deborah Vanessa set the record straight explaining that there was no shred of truth in those rumours.
According to her, the main reason for the break is as a result of Fella Makafui coming between herself and Medikal.
She said Medikal was constantly posting Fella’s pictures while they were together and she felt disrespected.
“The issue was the girl. But you can’t totally blame her. He was definitely part of it. So what happened was I’ve been suspecting for a long time and I got tired of it because it was so clear and it’s like I felt disrespected. He has started to disrespect me in the sense that he’d be posting her and stuff and people would come up to me that ah isn’t this the person that the rumour was about? So, that was disrespect,” she explained.
“You can go and get head from some girl after a show, you’re an artiste but don’t come and rub it in my face when I haven’t done anything to you so that was disrespectful cos that person is also a public figure. You’re gonna make them compare us so that’s when I walked away,” she stated.
In the meantime, she says she is single.
