King Promise has finally opened up on the motivation behind his bald look.
According to him, he imitated a friend’s haircut and fell in love with it.
Contrary to public thought that ‘sakora’ is for people who are naturally bald King Promise says “it was never the case. For me, I just did it for fun and it kind of like got stuck.”
Speaking to Jessica on Traffic Avenue yesterday, February 25 2020, he disclosed that he cuts his hair every three days to maintain the look.
“In my third year before I finished Uni, my friend Jason, he had a haircut which is this haircut and I thought it was looked sick for a young guy. He looked really nice in it.”
He noted that he asked told his mom about it and added that: “she said no don’t do it and I did it. It looked really nice and then before I finished Uni I blew up so it kind of became a style and it was different so I just went along with it. Like I literally cut my hair every three days.”
He also confirmed some throwback pictures of him that proved he had afro hairstyle before his new bald look.
