Artistes come up with all sorts of mechanisms including faking relationships and breakups to get publicity.
Recently, Medikal and Fella were all over social media telling the public they had broken up to the extent Shatta Wale had to go on his knees to apologize to Fella on Medikal’s behalf.
Although it seemed real, some fans believed it was all stunt and others were just not bothered.
The two came together again (that’s if there was really a break.
Deborah Vanessa in a recent interview with Arnold Mensah Elavanyo said she did not believe the two were actually having relationship problems.
She disclosed that Medikal asked her to join him in pulling stunts when they were together.
“He asked me to pull stunts like twice or three times and I said no,” she said.
When Arnold asked her what in particular she was to do, she replied: “a breakup.”
She further explained saying: “I said no because I’m not the type of person that does fake things for news. I don’t like that- that’s one and two, I don’t like to attract bad energy. I feel like what you say manifests so you have to be careful of what you say and do and I didn’t want to break up.”
She, however, believes the love they shared was real adding that “I don’t regret anything, I don’t feel like I’ve wasted my time because we’ve dated for like 2 years and two months, I was happy for like a year and eight months so I don’t regret. It’s not like I’m not going to date an artist again.”
