Media personality, Caroline Sampson has opened up on the reason why she does not do red carpets and events.
While some celebrities cannot miss the opportunity to flaunt beautiful gowns, expensive hairs and making it to the headlines the day after the events, it is a different story for Caroline.
She would rather be at home and have all the fun on twitter – During 2018 VGMA, for instance, she was loud on twitter giving commentary and she had this to say while Samini was performing: “I’m probably the only female that sees Samini on stage and imagine him in bed. See energy”

Speaking to Larley on ‘Let’s Do Drinks’, she says, she would rather be in the comfort of her home than grace an event and be trolled on social media for an outfit.
“It’s just me at home cos I hardly go out, I don’t do the red carpet,” she said as a response to what she does when she’s not on air.
When she was asked why, she said, “I’d rather be home. I think it’s just a lot for me now that you’ll go on the internet and you’re seeing yourself, people take pictures of you and unfortunately, there’s a little wrong somewhere and then people jump on and insult you for no reason. It’s just a lot. It’s a lot and I’d rather not be a part of it. I’ll like to just watch from afar,” she noted.
