After writing to express his disappointment at Gyedu Blay Ambolley for making a defamatory statement against him, counsel for Ben Brako has officially written to Ambolley.
Ben Brako’s lawyers Dr Ekow Daniels & CO of the Jan Chambers firm on March 3, 2020 wrote to Ambolley seeking a retraction of his statement or face the law.

Ambolley said on 3FM that he has evidence that former President of Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Bice ‘Obour’ Osei Kuffuor gave Ben Brako, Okyeame Kwame, TiC, Bessa Simons and others, GH¢50,000 each from the GH¢2M fiscal budget money which was given to the union by the government in 2012.
Last week, Okyeame Kwame also gave Ambolley 72-hours to withdraw what he said or they would drag him to court.
Even though the 72 hours ultimatum has expired, Okyeame Kwame is yet to sue Ambolley.
