Singer, Queen Ayorkor says she has lost respect for some Ghanaian celebrities who passed negative comments instead of congratulatory messages to Fella Makafui and Medikal on their union.
Medikal, born Samuel Frimpong and Precious Fella Makafui got married over the weekend in East Legon and it generated a lot of controversy especially because the two are known for wanting social media attention every now and then.
The marriage from the day Medikal announced it was taken as a thing for a publicity stunt, looking at how the two recently broke up and kept social media inlaws updated on every move to get back until they finally made up.
Even on Saturday, fans on social media still said it could be a music video – “these two cannot be trusted” some said.
Some popular faces that were seen at the event include Shatta Wale, Criss Waddle, Afia Schwarzenegger, Freda Rhymz and Sister Afia.
After the event, however, some celebrities shared their opinion on it and Ayorkor does not find them pleasant enough.
According to the West Jam Entertainment label act, instead of propagating positivity, the celebrities chose to tarnish the image of the bride and groom.
She added that these celebs are fakers.
“I’m disappointed in some ‘Gh celebrities’ instead of using their numbers 2 preach positivity, they wil rather come on social media to tarnish someone’s image. I’ve lost respect for these fakers. Congrats to @amgmedikal and @fellamakafui for a successful engagement we love y’all ❤💎” she tweeted.
