Actress Yvonne Nelson has complained about planes still flying in Ghana despite the increasing number of recorded COVID-19 cases.
Yvonne spent almost the whole day engaging her followers on twitter by sharing precautionary measures and updating them on the situation in her area.
She disclosed that she woke up early just to make a record of the planes flying in the sky.
This comes after the ministry of information and health announced four new cases and gave stringent measures against travels.
According to the Minister of Information, Kojo oppong Nkrumah, corona-hit countries with 200 cases are not allowed into the country.
Before the announcement yesterday, Ghanaians have been calling for the closure of all borders since the announcement of the first case involving two patients, a Norwegian and Ghanian from Turkey.
Taking to twitter today, Yvonne Nelson said : “So many planes are landing. Woke up early just to count! Hhhmm Ghana! #eastlegonhills”.

After her tweet, followers did not agree with her and she came back to say: “So me counting the planes is now an issue?? Lol laugh a lil. Ryn even helped me count them….they are still passing…..its sunny outside so weβll continue when the sun goes down. Planes keep flying, keep coming. Keep the business booming. #nonsense”.
