Musician and talent manager, Criss Waddle has said the coronavirus has taken Ghanians by surprise.
Before the first two cases were recorded, the president bisited Kotoka International Aiport, Greater Accra Regional Hospital and Tema General Hospital to enquirer the measures put in place to face the disease.
The president, the health ministry assured citizens Ghana was prepared for the covid-19.
However, after the first two cases were recorded, numbers increased after days and the total number as at now is 152, out of which 5 died while four made recoveries.
Out of the 4 recoveries, two have been discharged.
There have been complains by medical facilities concerning shortage of medical equipments as more cases are confirmed each day.
Referring to happenings over the weeks since the first two cases were recorded on the 12th of March, Criss Waddle said the only way the pandemic can be dealt with as things stand is to “hide in our homes”
In a tweet , he listed how expensive ventilators are and questioned how many the health facilities across the country have adding that “This virus took us all by surprise”

Parts of the country, Greater Accra and Ashanti Regions are under a partial lockdown for a 14 day period to stop the spread of the disease.
People are advised to stay at home and take precautionary measures seriously to stay safe and healthy.
