Music producer King of Accra, has confirmed that he was actually given GHc 50 by Sarkodie after he produced a beat for him.
Recently, King went on a tirade against some musicians with series of tweets.
In one of such tweets, he alluded that Sarkodie gave him GHS 50 after working on a beat for him.
He was addressing some ills of the music industry and highlighted how ungrateful some artistes have been to him.
He said the artistes he has worked with in the past, including Sarkodie, only gave him a pittance and did not even bother to make him shareholder of the song after they had raked in revenue from sales.
According to King of Accra who produced songs like ‘The Game’, ‘Daabi’, You Already Know’ for Sarkodie, the only thing he got from Sarkodie was GHc 50.
