Ghanaian musician, Kwame Nsiah-Apau, known by the stage name Okyeame Kwame has expressed at the news of 33 people testing negative to coronavirus after being in contact with Obour’s late father.
The former president of Musicians Union (MUSIGA), Obour born Bice Osei Kuffuor lost his father on March 27 2020 at the Ridge Hospital.
After his death, Obour wrote a statement in which he explained his father had the coronavirus but he Obour tested negative.
The death generated lots of controversies forcing the family to demand an autopsy from the Ridge Hospital.
According to the letter dated March 30 2020, if the hospital fails to disclose the cause of death to the family, they will seek the help of private services.
Taking to Twitter, Okyeame Kwame said: “It is my prayer that All the Front liners at Ridge will also test Negative.”
Adding that”Obour and the 5 people who were with his father have all tested about three times within the two weeks . But they should keep testing” and that “We are waiting for Obour’s final Negative test as well.”
