Rapper Kwesi Arthur says he has put music production on hold to be able to focus more on just recording.
The ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker has produced his own songs as well as other artistes songs aside from writing, singing and rapping which he is well recognized with.
Although it seems some artistes enjoy the production aspect, Kwesi described it as a ‘long process’ and he would rather focus on recording for the time being.
But he says the work is time-consuming and will therefore focus on recording for the meantime.
Speaking to David Mawuli on Instagram Live video, he noted “It’s a long process to produce a beat. You have to find kick, snare and other instruments; it’s a long process.”
“So, I just put it on hold for a while. But I’ll get back to it though.” Also using the opportunity to appreciate producers he added: “Shout out to every producer.”
