Actress Fella Makafui has explained the reason behind her newly exposed talent, singing.
According to her, she has not made up her mind to pursue it as a full career but we are not in normal times and the coronavirus pandemic has affected lots of business and changed practically everything.
Speaking to Abeiku Santana on Okay FM April 14, 2020, she explained that boredom made her record the song.
“You know this lockdown everyone is bored and my husband has a studio at home so we just decided to do something.
“It’s not like I am coming to take it personally, I’ve launched my production recently and ready to shoot movies soon before this lockdown. So it’s not like I am coming to do music, I am just doing it for the fun of it ” she said in Twi.
Reiterating that it is not a decision to ditch acting for music, she stated, “so basically I am an entertainer. I am not just limited to acting, there are others too who act and do a lot of things, so this one is just for fun.”
However, after the song was released yesterday and got lots of displeasing comments on social media, she and her husband, Medikal have announced she is set to release a second song tonight which is titled ‘No Size’
Medikal also said Ghanaians should brace up because his wife is soon to drop an album.
