Ghanaian artiste Wendy has called out Google for putting out her net worth which she said is not true.
Last year during an interview on Tv Africa, she told the interviewer she needed to check the internet for what she is worth when the question was put to her.
To give the host and fans a clue, she went ahead to name things she could easily afford.
“Oh I haven’t check that, I think I have to go check it online,” she responded when she was asked about her net worth.
“I’ve got so many stuff, too many, I mean can actually buy the latest iPhone that is in town right now, I mean I do have a lot of stuff, Camera, iPad … every stuff that every girl at my age is gonna need, I do have money to buy all these stuff,” she noted.
However, after checking, it seemed the internet did not get it right.
In a tweet yesterday, she noted that it is disrespectful for the internet to associate 1 million- 5 million dollars to her name adding that “I’m worth more than that.”
