Musician, Sista Afia has revealed that she quit music since 2016 but for God’s encouragement.
According to her, lots of people break the spirit of artistes with the things they say.
She complained about how people just sit and critic her music videos, her songs and practically everything she does as a musician in the industry.
She said this while addressing issues about her controversial single, WMT in an Instagram live video.
“You are the reason lots of people who have talent in the industry don’t want to even continue with the talents that they have because you guys keep pulling them down.
“If not for the divine encouragement from God, do you think I would have been here by now? I quit in 2016. I gave up a long time ago but I’m the type of person that doesn’t want people to call me a quitter because that’s not who I am,” she stated.
