Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has stated that the reason he has not collaborated with Samini on any song in a long time is that he has been waiting for the right time and the right vibe.
During the album listening of his ‘Anloga Junction’ on Joy Prime TV yesterday, a fan asked if he and his godfather, Samini will collaborate on any song anytime soon.
Stonebwoy explained Samini actually sent him a number of rhythms to work on but he has not felt “that vibe to know that’s the vibe.”
He explained that he does not want to be in a rush to do a piece of music that would not go well for even the fans who want to hear a collaboration from the two.
“From the last time that I remember me and the godfather, Samini spoke about collaboration, he had sent me a number of rhythms for us to work on but we haven’t slated on one yet, I was actually of the motion that we needed to hear that vibe to know that’s the vibe.
“I think that most definitely when the time allows us we’ll bring out something that’ll be worth it,” he noted.
Stonebwoy and Samini have collaborated on songs including Climax, Agoro and Party Away and from all indications, fans have enjoyed the songs and they cannot wait to hear more from them.
