Rapper Medikal says does not have the luxury of time to reply diss songs because he is focusing on his wife, family, and how to entertain fans.
He said unless beefing brings him money, he would not waste time and give anybody relevance.
A few days ago, Eno Barony replied Sista Afia with ‘Argument Done’ on which she threw some jabs at Medikal.
Eno claims Medikal wrote Sista Afia’s beef songs which she used to diss the female acts in the industry.
Speaking to Giovanni Caleb on TV3’s Showbiz 360, Medikal stated that he had no idea Eno had mentioned him in a song and that he has no intention of replying her.
“The level I am now, I’m trynna focus on my wife and my family and I’m trynna do music to entertain my fans as well so I’m not into fetching insults and stuff,” he noted.
His wife, Fella Makafui who was also on the show chipped in, “I mean anything that doesn’t give us money…that’s why you’ll not find us in any petty beef. Naa we don’t do that.”
Prior to Sista Afia and Eno’s beef, Sister Deborah released ‘Sweet Ex’ which pushed Fella to also release two songs, ‘Over’ and ‘No Size’.
Answering whether ‘Over’ is a diss song, she said it is not.
Medikal was also asked his opinion on ‘beefs’ and he opined that one could win or lose in beef but if that still brings relevance, it helps and that “but obviously right now the level I dey, I no go like give anybody some fame by beefing the person unless maybe, of course, I’m being paid for but if nothing dey come I no go waste my time.”
