Today may go into the history books of Ghanaian musician KiDI as his worst days.
What happened to him at the studio of Accra FM this morning would forever leave scars on his memory as far as his music career is concerned.
After going to the radio station late today, Thursday, May 14, 2020, for an interview, the host of the mid-morning show on Accra 100.5FM Nana Romeo refused to do the interview because the allotted time for the interview had elapsed.
Reports say KIDI reported to the studio at exactly 11:25 am even though he was booked for 11 am.
Angered by the act, Nana Romeo said he felt embarrassed because it was the second KiDi reported later for his interview.
“We always announce the time to the public but you don’t show up at the agreed time. That is not the case with other stations when you visit there.”
“I was planning for a beautiful but this can’t happen.”
Embarrassed by the situation, the ‘Enjoyment’ singer apologized for his lateness but expressed displeasure about how the host spoke to him.
“I apologize for this. I don’t mean to disrespect anybody. I don’t like the way I have been spoken to this morning but I apologize.
