Artiste and talent manager, D-Black has urged colleague artistes to use situations at hand as motivation to venture into other businesses.
The coronavirus pandemic has affected lots of businesses around the world resulting in unemployment.
Creatives have been equally affected and some are visibly hungry since there are restrictions on public gatherings and the absence of royalties worsens their case.
Sharing his opinion on Edem’s tweet that “every artiste in Ghana is hungry”, D-Black who is also an entrepreneur said acting smart has made him not to depend on music for four years now.
According to him, only a few artistes are actually hungry because some have made “some smart investments” like himself.
“Not all… Some have made some smart investments bro. I haven’t had to depend on music only for over 4 years now bro.. It’s important for artists to use this situation as a reminder for the need to invest in your brand outside of art of music. It’s essential. Love g,” he tweeted
