Rapper Freda Rhymz has stated that aside from her self and Eno Barony, she does not know any other female rapper in Ghana.
Weeks ago, musician sista Afia started strings of ‘beef’ songs after she released ‘WMT’.
In response, other females in the industry have come out with various songs directing shots at each other.
However, the attention is mainly on Sista Afia, Eno Barony and Freda Rhymz.
Speaking in an interview on United Showbiz,Freda stated that “apart from myself and Eno, I don’t know any other female rapper”
Even after the panels listed some of the rappers to remind her, she maintained her position saying she knows no one else.
Also using the opportunity, she acknowledged Eno’s rap prowess and added that because she understands the showbiz, she has not been “emotional” like Sista Afia.
“I know of Eno and myself. I know Eno was there before me and I respect her and I love everything she’s doing but she understands this is lyrical that’s why she didn’t take it personally. So, when I say female rappers, I know her and myself”.
During the same interview, Freda said the reason Sista Afia is attacking her and not doing same to Eno is that she cannot stand her.
“She knows she cannot battle Eno. She knows if she were to meet Eno in person, Eno would beat her up…She knows I’m slim so she feels she would be able to beat me up.”
