Rapper Medikal has disclosed that he does not want to engage on anything concerning his ex-girlfriend, Sister Derby.
Medikal and Deborah Vanessa who is popularly known as Sister Derby were the talk of town some years back.
The two became sweethearts after Medikal entered Derby’s DM (Direct Message) on Twitter.
They started making appearances to events together, interviews, posted couple goals pictures, featured on songs and even talked about the possibility of marriage in some interviews.
After almost two years of being together, the relationship ended on the grounds of ‘cheating’ and some misunderstandings.
In one interview, Derby said Medikal was sneaking around with Fella Makafui who is now his wife.
Prior to Medikal’s marriage, Sister Derby honoured Medikal’s invite to perform at his concert in Sowutuom last year.
It seemed they settled all their misunderstandings but when Sister Derby released ‘Sweet Ex’ after Medikal’s birthday in April this year, it opened a fresh beef.
Medikal’s wife, Fella Makafui released ‘Over’ but explained it is no diss song.
Medikal also released ‘Nonsense’ which had jabs directed at Deborah.
Deborah also joined an alliance who can be described as ‘anti-Medikal’ The group made up of Eno, Strongman and Deborah herself on a song, ‘Force Dem To Play Nonsense’.
In an interview on Hitz FM this morning, Andy Dosty asked him if he was surprised to have seen Derby on the flier of the song.
“I don’t wanna talk about her. I don’t wanna talk about anything relating to Sister Derby,” he replied.
When Andy kept probing to know why he didn’t want to talk about her and if they have another fight, he said, “next question”.
