Ghanaian artiste, Samini is set to play his virtual concert tomorrow.
The concert dubbed Untamed Virtual Concert will be played in Canada and streamed on his YouTube channel at 8pm Ghana time, 4pm Canada time.
In a video shared to his social media handles, Samini notes that the concert is “to big up all the people in the frontline who are doing the hard work to make sure that Covid-19 is under control and to still get again use the platform to re-drum the word in for people out there who still don’t believe that covid-19 is real and we need to be responsible for ourselves and everybody else around us.”
Speaking to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM this morning May 29, he said in as much as the pandemic has caused changes, “artistes have to find innovative ways of engaging our fans, entertaining our fans, making some revenue and all of that.”
The ‘Obra’ singer explained he will be performing songs off his untamed album with a bit of surprises.
He clarified that there will be no artiste joining him aside from the international band, Dreamland owned by a Ghanaian named Fred.
“It’s my home band here that I use. It’s called Dreamland band owned by a young Ghanaian guy who’s doing well for himself” adding that the brand comprises of people from parts of the world but mostly Ghanaians.
