Rapper Eno Barony has said Medikal is not in her list of top five Ghanaian rappers.
According to her, to make the cut means that rapper is one she would listen to in the morning or an artiste she is eager to listen to.
She placed Medikal somewhere in her list of 100 best rappers in Ghana.
The ‘Argument Done’ rapper however added that “Medikal is not my top 5 but he’s dope. He’s doing amazing”.
She made this known in an interview on Joy FM.
When George Quaye asked her to list her top five male rappers in Ghana, she mentioned Sarkodie, M.anifest, Strongman, Obrafour and Okyeame Kwame.
Replying why Medikal did not make it to top 5, she said “he’s good but he’s not my top 5”
She was then asked to stretch the list to ten. Even in that, Medikal did not make the cut.
She was then asked if he’d be somewhere in the top 100 and she explained, “top 100, Medikal will make it. If he’s not that good I won’t even put him on a song . He’s good but if you say my top five, my top five are people that I’ll actually listen to when I wake up or rush to go download a new song they’ve brought”.
