Ghanaian politician, Gabby Otchere-Darko has said he is impressed by the maturity that dancehall act Shatta Wale has exhibited in this coronavirus period.
According to him, he has watched how the ‘Borjor’ singer has carried himself and continues to especially in these times.
Shatta Wale is one of the artistes that has used his platform to continuously educate fans and followers on social media on the coronavirus Pandemic aside from giving out hand sanitizers and relief items to protect themselves.
In a tweet, Gabby noted that Shatta Wale “recognises his influence on young people and seems determined to exploit it for positivity. His actions and messages in this Covid-19 period have been exemplary.”

Reacting to the accolades showered on him, Shatta Wale quoted the tweet saying, “Thank you sir, coming from you means a lot to me and the whole shatta movement.”
