Actress Ama K Abebrese is not happy about what happened between Accra FM’s Nana Romeo and singer Wendy Shay.
She has slammed Romeo’s insistence on Wendy Shay to admit that she was dating her manager Bullet.
Ama has, in a tweet asked showbiz people to boycott Accra FM over the unprofessional conduct of Nana Romeo in his interview with the ‘Uber Driver’ singer yesterday.
During one of Wendy’s promotional tour interviews on Accra FM’s mid-morning show ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’ on Tuesday, 9 June 2020, Nana Romeo repetitively asked her if she was having a sexual affair with her manager Bullet.
“I am not dating Bullet. I don’t know why most of the time when I go for interviews, instead of focusing on issues that will bring progress in our music industry, I get these questions … Let’s focus on my artistry, pushing my brand and Ghana music to the international level”, she said.
“I’m here to promote my single and I’m celebrating two years in the industry. Let’s move to the next question,” she added.
When Wendy said she found his questions inappropriate, the host, Nana Romeo insisted he had proof that Bullet was sleeping with her.
Infuriated by the gesture, she walked out of the studio.
