Quophimens Music signed, NaaNa Blu has said that she has proof to adduce to her claim that her former management terminated her contract.
According to her, unlike reports by the CEO of Darling Records, Mimi Andani that she abandoned her label for Quophimens Music, Mimi actually released her.
Speaking to Halifax Ansah Addo on Okay FM’s ‘Best Entertainment Show’, she said last year, Mimi told her the plans of the label had changed so they were no longer going to continue with the work.
“We agreed on something, that plans had changed and that we were no longer going to work together as far as music was concerned so it was very amicable,” NaaNa said.
She therefore mentioned that she evidence to prove her claim.
“I have something that proves that she freed me,” she further stated.
However, Mimi who is demanding NaaNa pays GHS 500,000 for breach of contract told Citi FM’s Kwame Dadzie in a separate interview that NaaNa left her label under the pretext of quitting music entirely to focus on her teaching career, just to have seen her with Quophimens Music.
Meanwhile, Mimi who spoke to Halifax on the same show said if NaaNa Blu has evidence that she released her, she should meet her in court.
NaaNa Blu who is currently promoting her latest single ‘No Pressure’ has other songs such as ‘Sugar Cane’, ‘Blu Afehyipa’ and ‘Save Us.’
