Talent manager Soraya Riley has disclosed that she would not sign a contract with the next artiste she signs to manage.
She sees no reason why she should invest years of sacrifices only for them to up and leave when they feel like it.
She made this known while discussing on Gh One’s Pundits “artiste management, the qualifications and what goes into the craft.”
The host, Adwoa Loud pointed out that it seems managers do not sign contracts before managing talents, they just “go with the flow”.
To this, Soraya replied, “The next artiste that I work with I don’t wanna sign a contract.”
When asked why she would do such a thing, she explained, “The two-three years of my life investment I also want to be able to walk away.”
Sorara is currently the manager of Ghanaian artiste EL.
