Artiste Yaw Berk has announced he is set to release the remix of his hit song ‘Independent Lady’.
The song which is slated for this Friday, July 24, features Mzvee and Kelvyn Boy.
He made this known in an Instagram post today and fans have been showing love and anticipation since the announcement.

The original song was released in 2018 when he was signed to the Highly Spiritual label.
The song which was his first official on the label made so much wave.
He noted that his mother was the inspiration behind the song.
“My first debut single released on the Highly Spiritual music label, Independent Lady was inspired by my mom because I mean growing up trying to do music, my mom wasn’t into that. she wasn’t with me but then I always told her to calm down because I know what I’m doing and I know where I can go with this thing,” he said in an interview on Muse Africa adding that he did the song to celebrate his mother and all women.
